Commensality is an event in pursuit of Canadian Cuisine. Through connecting with farmers and the terroir of our host location, we aim to build a menu that articulates the nuance of the season. We cut no corners; completely dependent on knowing the people who grow the food and what Canadian land provides.Guests who attend this event will have the oppertunity to explore a re-generative enviornment for an evening. By engaging with the people behind the food, artwork, and a sliding-scale payment system, we are building a low-stakes dining atmosphere for all involved; disbanding expectations, shifting the paradigm of hospitality and invoking connection in a time of need.
